Tra Que Vegetable Village is located 2km to the northeast of Hoi An Ancient Town. Here, you will witness the panoramic process of planting vegetable: a�?green-clean-beautifula�?.
The growers in the village will guide visitors from planting, tending and harvesting vegetables so you can sow and water vegetables by yourself. In addition, you can enjoy dishes prepared with typical green vegetables inn Tra Que such as Quang noodle or Cao Lau a�� and sightsee around the village.
Traditional Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Thanh Ha pottery village is situated on the banks of Thu Bon River, in the area of Thanh Ha Ward, Hoi An City, about 2km from the old town to the west. In the 16th-17th century, Thanh Ha was a very thriving village, famous for ceramic items, terracotta which were exchanged, wholesale throughout the central provinces of Vietnam. Pottery village with origins from Thanh Hoa, after acquiring some techniques has formed as today.
Coming to the village, in addition to witness talented in the art of artisan crafted, tourists are instructed to manually perform the traditional handmade products here.
Kim Bong Carpentry Village
Located in Cam Kim commune, Kim Bong carpentry village has a history of up to 600 years. Under the Nguyen kings, Kim Bong was a name known for exquisite carpentry work. Not only that, the architecture of the house or the temple at the ancient town of Hoi An was also designed by the hands of Kim Bong carpenter.
To come here, guests only need to take a boat from the old town in about 10 minutes.
