To promote cooperation in the field of tourism between Vietnam and Bali – a popular tourist destination in Indonesia, in the late September, 2016, the Embassy of Vietnam in Indonesia led by the Ambassador Hoang Anh Tuan visited and worked with Bali Tourism Association and Bali Tourism promotion Association.

Mission of the Association is to ensure the quality of services with competitive and reasonable price to protect the interests of the members of the Association and the interests of consumers. In addition, the Association of Bali Tourism Promotion is responsible for promoting the image, seeking the way to attract domestic and international tourists to Bali.
Bali currently serves as a popular tourist destination in Indonesia as well as in the region and the world for years. With natural climate temperate and hilly terrain in combination with the unique, refined local culture such as cuisine, temples … Bali has increasingly attracted more domestic and international guests to visit and explore the island.
Chairman of Tourism Association of Bali Ngurah Wijaya said that in 2015, there were about 4 million foreign visitors to Bali, led by Australia with over 1 million visitors. The number of tourists from Vietnam to Bali every year is at about 10,000, 5th in Southeast Asia, after Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Thailand. By July, 2016, it has been more than 6,000 Vietnamese passengers to Bali, increasing 7% over the same period in 2015.
