Payment Details for Your Booking

Embarking on a journey through the captivating lands of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos is an exciting prospect. To ensure a seamless booking experience, we’re here to guide you through the payment process.

Deposit and Final Payment:
To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit of $20 per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the tour cost is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods to provide you with the utmost convenience:

1. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Please note that a 3%–4.5% processing fee will be added.
2. Bank Transfer: You can make payments via direct bank transfer, covering any applicable bank fees.
3. Personal checks made payable to our tour operator are acceptable, but they must arrive by the deadline.
4. Local Payments: In some cases, up to 70% of the total booking may be requested as a local payment in cash at our representative offices in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: full refund, minus a $20 per person administrative fee.
• Cancellation 10–19 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellation 4–9 days before departure: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: no refund.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Single Traveler Supplements:

Solo travelers can opt for a single traveler supplement to have a private room throughout the tour. The supplement fee will be quoted at the time of booking.

Extensions and Additional Services:

If you wish to extend your stay or require any additional services, such as pre-tour hotel nights or airport transfers, please let us know, and we’ll provide a customized quote.
