Job Responsibilities:
As an Asia Travel Mate’s Guide and Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and guiding small groups of travelers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout the journey.
• Sharing your in-depth knowledge of the local culture, history, attractions, and customs to provide an enriching and immersive experience for our clients.
• Planning and organizing daily itineraries, including sightseeing activities, transportation, and meals, while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of customer service.
• Facilitating smooth communication and coordination between travelers, local service providers, and our company’s operations team.
• Assisting travelers with logistical arrangements, such as hotel check-ins, and transportation bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip.

Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Extensive travel experience and a deep understanding of Vietnam and her Culture and well People
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of individuals and create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing schedules, travel arrangements, and client needs.
• First-aid certification or any relevant training in travel safety is a plus.
